The club was founded in January 1978 and first met in The Criterion on Hessle Road, as shown in the following articles from the Hull Times dated May 5 1978 [thanks to Nick Dent].
Since then it has met in Lady Le Gros at Beverley, the Gangstead and Swiss Cottage [same place], the Springhead in Analby, the Blue Heaven [again twice] and currently meet in the Sportsman on Hedon Road.
